Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time is typically 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at contact@newbeginningclothing.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country. Typical delivery estimate is 7-21 business days.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: New Beginning Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
